We would like to draw your attention to the existence of scams by people usurping the INDIGO brand or the names of our collaborators. We urge you to be extremely vigilant.
The INDIGO group has learned that its name is being used for fraudulent purposes by individuals or companies offering car park real estate investments in which INDIGO is a “partner”, or posing as its employees.
The INDIGO Group has never contracted with them, nor solicited them. These are fraudulent activities and facts.
Extreme vigilance is required, as they may use postal addresses, emails or documents that are very similar to those of the INDIGO group.
We invite you to lodge a complaint, as we have already done, if you have been a victim of their actions, and to report any fraudulent elements to the official portal for reporting illegal Internet content: internet-signalement.gouv.fr.
For further information, we invite you to consult the AMF’s warning issued in its press release of June 16, 2020 and again in its press release of November 2, 2022, as well as the blacklist drawn up by the ACPR, Banque de France and AMF.
