The transition to electric cars, the deployment of soft mobility, restrictions on the use of cars in the city, changing uses linked to e-commerce… As travel patterns change, so do parking habits.
Our employees’ professional development enables us to adapt to the organizational and technological changes that are transforming our businesses and our organization. Operation and maintenance of car parks and parking meters, on-street parking control, bicycle services… People are at the heart of all INDIGO’s activities.
In accordance with our commitment to “promote gender diversity, non-discrimination and access to skills development, employability and promotion for all employees, without distinction“, we guarantee the professional development of each and every one of our employees, whatever their position. They have access to business training (technical, administrative and tools) or CSR training (health and safety, environment and diversity), either face-to-face or via e-learning.
Training has always been an issue for INDIGO, as few schools and universities offer courses dedicated to the parking industry.
Created in 2005 to fill this gap, the INDIGO Campus is an internal training department and a pillar of our skills development strategy. It designs and delivers training courses tailored to the specific needs of the parking and mobility professions. Its aim: to strengthen their expertise and offer them career paths and access to qualifying courses.
Unique in the parking industry, the INDIGO Campus offers two types of training:
The INDIGO Campus has been awarded French QUALIOPI certification, issued to continuing professional training organizations that comply with national standards. The aim of this certification is to implement a continuous improvement approach to the services provided. It also includes requirements in terms of respect for ethical values and corporate social responsibility.
In order to guarantee the qualifications of all its employees and provide a uniform service worldwide, INDIGO extended this campus principle to the international arena in 2015.
Attracting, developing and retaining talent are key challenges for the Group. With this in mind, we have implemented a number of recruitment and career management initiatives, and regularly measure the commitment of our employees.
Employee health, safety and well-being are INDIGO’s top priorities. We promote diversity and are attentive to working conditions, quality of life at work and occupational risk prevention.
A world leader in parking, individual mobility and city services, INDIGO is committed to developing its activities in a sustainable and responsible manner.
